THE LOWEST RATED COUNTRY ON EARTH, THANKS TO OCTOBER-18 MAFIA

TheCradle of Kleptocracy has become the lowest-rated country on Earth! Standard & Poor's has just downgraded the Cradle of Kleptocracy to CCC and warned that any attempt to restructure the Cradle of Kleptocracy's debt would be considered a default D, pure and simple! S&P has in mind the forced rollover promoted by Merkel.

The Cradle of Kleptocracy now has a lower credit rating than countries such as Pakistan and Ecuador!  The impunity of the 300 Graecokleptocrats of the Grand Brothel on Syntagma Square is the most freakish thing on Earth.  Even though they looted many billion euros in kickbacks and churning, not a single Graecokleptocrat has ever gone to jail!  They are protected by the parliamentary immunity, and nobody can touch them, no matter what.  Moreover, they have the nerve to jail dissident bloggers.  It's a long way from the 300 Spartans of Leonidas!  Allons enfants de la Grece!  http://venitism.blogspot.com
S&P's move was the latest blow for the October-18 Mafia, which is scrambling to push an unpopular austerity package through parliament to ensure continued funding under a year-old bailout plan.  Many eggheads predict a Greek revolution, an inexorable change which will release the elastic energy of discontent inside Greeks. Eggheads' work is like that of geologists who compile the signs of an imminent earthquake or volcanic eruption. But the time of eruption and its form and severity cannot be predicted in an exact way.  So we know a tsunami of discontent will hit the Cradle of Kleptocracy, but we do not know when.
Barely a year after Athens was granted a first 110-billion-euro aid package, Fourth Reich, the IMF and the European Central Bank are working on a second funding deal. Germany opposes giving more money to the Cradle of Kleptocracy without the assistance of private creditors.  But only stupid investors would squander their money in a country addicted to kleptocracy, socialism, charge stacking, Marilizardism, and Xenoyankism.
In S&P's view, any forced rollovers are on terms less favorable than the debt being refinanced, which is a de facto default. After forced rollover, the Cradle of Kleptocracy's credit rating would be lowered to selective default SD, while the ratings on the Cradle of Kleptocracy's debt instruments would be lowered to default D.
S&P now cuts the Cradle of Kleptocracy's long-term sovereign credit rating to CCC, four steps away from default. The short-term rating was affirmed at C and all ratings were removed from credit watch.  This makes the Cradle of Kleptocracy the lowest country in S&P's rankings!
S&P said it will probably downgrade the ratings of four Greek banks as well - National Bank of Greece, EFG Eurobank Ergasias, Alpha Bank, and Piraeus Bank. All of them are currently rated B.  October-18 Mafia protests the move by Standard & Poor's overlooked its commitment to carry on with tough fiscal efforts to repair public finances and remain a member of the 17-member euro currency club.
There are differences between the leaders of Fourth Reich member states and the ECB, which remains opposed to private sector involvement in any Greek debt restructuring, saying it may set off a chain reaction in financial markets that would undermine the credit-worthiness of other stressed euro zone sovereigns. There is no way any prudent investor will throw a euro in the Cradle of Kleptocracy, which is infested with Marilizard Xenoyank, the October-18 Mafia, charge stacking, and the cancer of socialism.
Fourth Reich leaders will discuss a new deal at a June 23-24 summit.  Any bailout for the Cradle of Kleptocracy is taxpayers' hard-earned money blown out with the wind, because the October-18 Mafia continues corruption, squander, Marilizardism, Xenoyankism, incivility, stupidity, charge stacking, and junketing.   The Grand Brothel on Syntagma Square and the Eldorado of Prostitutes are in cahoots to perpetuate immunity, impunity, and the corrupt status quo.
After failing to meet fiscal targets under the first bailout deal the October-18 Mafia, which is trailing Nea Democratia in opinion polls, has decided to raise taxes and slash spending more than planned this year to avoid default.  The freakish October-18 Mafia is still siphoning in all the money with huge taxes and VAT, and Graecokleptocrats still throw Marilizard  Spaghetti and build Marilizard Towers, which will only depress the economy further.
You can't just cut your way out of this crisis while continuing political corruption. At some point, the Greek economy needs to start growing again. But this cannot happen in a depressed kleptocracy and Marilizardism.  Greece should bow to the inevitable, put some Graecokleptocrats in jail, announce a 40% haircut on its debt, drastically cut taxes, especially VAT, abolish Marilizardism, and impose a four-year suspension of interest payments on what remains outstanding.
